Get creative!

Inspired by the exhibitions of American artist Melvin Edwards and guided by the Fridericianum art education team, the participants are invited to immerse themselves in the artist’s main topics and motifs, and to make their own art. This time, the Studiowerkstatt confronts the serious with the simple, felting with folding, metal sculpture with mini-booklet – always accompanied by stories, people, places, and objects immortalized within Edwards’s art, that addresses subjects like community, discrimination, and hope.

For young and old, aged 5 and up.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Admission is free.
