Workshop: Interwoven Bodies

Sunday, Nov 5, 2023, 2 pm – 4 pm

With the help of awareness exercises and body work we approach the principles of Contact Improvisation in a playful way. In partner work we get to know Rolling, Sliding and Guiding and start a danced non-verbal communication.
Particular focus is placed on sensitizing the senses. Through warm-up exercises of the body and meditative exercises we lay the building block to get into perceiving and listening. Our largest sensory organ, the skin, is prepared for impulses from outside and with deceleration we find the connection to our partner.

¿ In what way are we interwoven with each other?
